Contractor Registration

BamaREO maintains an internal database of contractors and inspectors. All contractors and inspectors interested in doing business with BamaREO must register using the registration form below.

Important note: Complete the registration form in one sitting. The registration system will not allow you to make interim saves to your input prior to submission. If you fail to complete the registration form properly, or fail to upload the form, your registration will be rejected. Review your input for accuracy and completeness prior to selecting the “Send The Form” button at the bottom of the registration form.

Registration and/or meeting our minimum qualifications does not guarantee that your company will be selected to do business with BamaREO. We are happy to accept your registration for future reference.

When contacted, be prepared to furnish the following information which is required before any assignments can be issued to contractors:

  • Completed W-9
  • Contractor Agreement
  • Signed Fee Schedule
  • Confidential Agreement (non-disclosure agreement)
  • Standardized Invoicing Form (for paper-based contractors)
  • Insurance Verification (liability, E&O, auto, workers’ comp)
  • Copy of Business License
