BamaREO is looking for experienced property preservation contractors in the Birmingham Alabama area.

Must be familiar with HUD and VA guidelines.  Our qualification exam is given to all prospective contractor.  Must have own tools and be capable of ramping up quickly to handle high volume of work with an average turn around time of 48 hours or less.

Contractor must be willing and able to handle all calls within 60 mile radius of Birmingham.
